InfraZen Technologies was founded in Bangalore, India with a simple frustration: most consulting firms treat DevOps like a deliverable instead of a discipline. They sell Jira tickets, hand off PowerPoints, and disappear the day the engagement ends — leaving teams with brittle pipelines and a pile of documentation nobody reads.
We built InfraZen to do the opposite. Every engagement is led by senior engineers who've run production systems at scale — not by a sales team pitching hours. Every deliverable is measured in outcomes: uptime improved, deploys accelerated, cloud bills reduced, incidents prevented.
Today we serve clients across three continents — Series A startups in the US, FinTechs in the Middle East, and Fortune 500 enterprises in APAC. We're vendor-agnostic by design: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, whatever fits the problem. And we're small by choice — because quality engineering doesn't scale by adding headcount.

We bill for results — uptime, deploy frequency, cost saved, incidents prevented. Not for timesheets. If the outcome isn't moving, neither is the invoice.
Vendor-Agnostic, Always
AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem, hybrid — we pick what fits your workload, not our commission. We're official resellers for all three hyperscalers and have no preference beyond what's right.
Knowledge Transfer Built-In
When the engagement ends, your team owns the work. Every system we build comes with runbooks, architecture docs, and pairing sessions. We want to leave you more capable, not more dependent.

Our engineering team is based in Bangalore, Karnataka — India's cloud and DevOps capital and home to the deepest SRE, platform engineering, and hyperscaler talent pool in the country. From here we run 24×7 operations, on-call rotations, and delivery engagements for clients from San Francisco to Dubai to Singapore.
We work in the overlap of timezones, which means our day starts with India and ends with Pacific — giving us natural coverage across APAC, Middle East, Europe, and North America in a single workday. For clients, that translates to faster incident response and fewer handoffs.
