How quickly can InfraZen start on a DevOps or SRE engagement?
For Strategic Advisory, we usually kick off within one week of the intro call. For Project Delivery, onboarding takes one to two weeks while we scope the statement of work. Managed DevOps engagements start within two weeks, including runbook handover and on-call rotation setup.
Are you an official AWS, Azure, or GCP partner or reseller?
Yes. InfraZen Technologies is a registered reseller across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are vendor-agnostic by design — we recommend the cloud that fits your workload, not the one that pays us the best margin.
Do you offer fixed-price DevOps engagements or only time-and-materials?
Both. Strategic Advisory is a fixed monthly retainer. Project Delivery engagements are fixed-scope with milestone-based billing. Managed DevOps is a fixed monthly fee based on your environment size and on-call coverage. We don't sell open-ended timesheets.
What size of company do you typically work with?
We work with Series A startups through Fortune 500 enterprises. Our sweet spot is teams that are past prototype, running real production traffic, and need senior engineering to unblock scale, reliability, or cost problems without hiring a full platform team.
Can you run 24×7 on-call coverage for our production systems?
Yes. Our Managed DevOps & SRE engagements include 24×7 incident response with a 15-minute initial acknowledgement SLA. Our team spans time zones from India through the US Pacific, which gives us natural follow-the-sun coverage across APAC, Middle East, Europe, and North America.
How do you handle knowledge transfer so we are not dependent on you forever?
Every engagement includes documented runbooks, architecture diagrams, and pairing sessions with your team. We explicitly aim to leave you more capable than we found you. Many of our clients reduce or end engagements once their in-house team can own the work — and we consider that a successful outcome.
What is the free 30-minute architecture review, and is there a catch?
No catch. A senior engineer spends 30 minutes with you reviewing your stack and pain points, then tells you honestly what we would fix first — even if the answer is that you should handle it internally or use a different vendor. No slides, no SDR, no obligation.
How much does a typical DevOps or SRE engagement cost?
