1. Who we are

InfraZen Technologies Private Limited ("InfraZen", "we", "us", "our") is a DevOps, SRE, and Cloud consulting firm headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This policy explains how we handle information about visitors to infrazen.io and people who contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to do our job:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, company, service interest, and the message you send us. You may also tell us how you heard about us (for example an AI assistant, a search engine or a colleague); that field is optional and is sent with your message only if you choose an answer. The submission also carries how your visit reached us — the first page you landed on, the referring site if any, campaign parameters if the link had them, and the page you sent the form from — so we know which of our pages answered your question. If you came from our DevOps maturity assessment, that last address includes the code for your answers, so the engineer you speak with can see your result. This is first-party only: it is never sent anywhere but our own inbox, and it identifies a route, not a person.
• Server logs: standard web access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies and local storage: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no analytics or advertising script on this site. We may use a single first-party cookie to remember UI preferences (for example, whether you have dismissed a banner), and we store the referral information described above in your browser's session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab.

3. How we use it

We use the information you give us only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or engagement request.
• Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting and content delivery (S3 and CloudFront), and delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox (API Gateway, Lambda and SES, in the Mumbai region).
• Calendly: scheduling, only if you choose to book a call.

These providers process data strictly to deliver their service to us and are subject to their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for as long as is needed to respond and, if we begin an engagement, for the duration of that engagement plus applicable legal/tax retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your data.

7. Security

We use TLS everywhere, HSTS preload, CSP, restricted IAM policies, and least-privilege access to the infrastructure that hosts this site. Despite reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
