DevOps, SRE & cloud consulting: engineering that ships, scales & survives.
DevOps, SRE, and Cloud consulting services built for teams that can't afford downtime, wasted spend, or vendor lock-in.
InfraZen offers three connected practices from one bench: DevOps for delivery, SRE for reliability, and cloud and FinOps for the architecture and the bill, plus specialist Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, observability and DevSecOps work. Engagements take three shapes: strategic advisory, project delivery, and managed DevOps & SRE. All of them end with your team owning the result.
Key takeaways
- Three connected practices, one bench: DevOps for delivery, SRE for reliability, cloud and FinOps for the architecture and the bill.
- Start from the symptom, not the org chart — the decision table below maps "deploys hurt", "pager won't stop" and "bill outgrew traffic" to the right practice.
- Three engagement shapes: strategic advisory, project delivery, and managed DevOps & SRE — all of them end with your team owning the result.
Three practices. One engineering philosophy.
DevOps, SRE and cloud are the core. The specialist practices are the same bench, scoped to one problem.
DevOps engineering
From brittle bash scripts to bulletproof delivery pipelines. We design CI/CD systems, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code that make shipping code boring, and that's exactly how you want it.
- CI/CD pipeline architecture (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi
- Container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, GKE, AKS)
- GitOps delivery with Flux & ArgoCD
- Developer platforms & internal developer portals (IDPs)
- Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, SOPS)
Site reliability engineering
We don't just monitor; we embed SRE culture into your team. SLOs that actually drive decisions, incident automation that fires itself, observability that answers questions before you ask them, and systems that heal themselves.
- SLO/SLI framework design with error budgets
- Incident response automation & runbooks
- Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
- Chaos engineering & game days
- On-call rotations, postmortem culture, and blameless retrospectives
- Capacity planning & load testing
Cloud consulting & migration
Multi-cloud architecture without the multi-cloud tax. Client FinOps engagements have averaged a 45% cloud bill reduction, from Series A startups to Fortune 500s alike, while keeping teams fluent on AWS, Azure, and GCP and free of vendor lock-in.
- Cloud architecture reviews & Well-Architected Framework audits
- Cloud migration (lift-and-shift, replatform, refactor)
- FinOps & cost optimization (tagging, rightsizing, Savings Plans, Spot)
- Security hardening & compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Landing zones & multi-account governance
- Disaster recovery & business continuity planning
platform & cloud cost
Kubernetes consulting
Clusters designed, migrated, hardened and run, on EKS, GKE, AKS or self-managed. We close the gap between a cluster that merely runs and one that survives a security review and a 3am incident.
- Cluster architecture & migration
- Production hardening & security as policy
- Autoscaling, cost and observability
- Day-2 operations, or a clean handover
Cloud billing & FinOps
Engineering-led cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Commitments, rightsizing and FinOps governance that keep the bill in step with traffic, not ahead of it.
- Reserved Instances and Savings Plans
- Rightsizing and scheduling
- Tagging and cost allocation
- FinOps governance your team keeps running
specialist engagements
Terraform consulting
Terraform and OpenTofu, done properly: modular, reviewable, drift-resistant, and handed over with the runbooks to keep it that way.
Terraform & OpenTofu →GitOps consulting
Argo CD or Flux, implemented properly. Git becomes the source of truth for what runs, and deploys move to pull-based reconciliation.
Argo CD & Flux →Observability consulting
Metrics, logs and traces that answer why, not just what. OpenTelemetry instrumentation, SLO-based alerting, and a telemetry bill that stays in proportion.
Observability →DevSecOps consulting
Security inside the delivery pipeline: dependency and image scanning, SBOMs, signed artifacts and policy as code, without slowing deploys.
DevSecOps →AWS cost optimization
The real AWS cost levers, in the order that pays: Savings Plans, rightsizing, Graviton, storage tiering, and the NAT and egress traps.
AWS cost levers →Cloud bill audit
Read-only access, written findings within 48 hours, and a report your team can execute with or without us.
What the audit covers →By industry: fintech DevOps · healthcare DevOps · e-commerce DevOps · AI startup DevOps · SaaS SRE

Three ways to work with us.
Strategic advisory
Fractional Principal Engineer support for your leadership team. Architecture reviews, tech strategy, vendor selection, and quarterly roadmap planning.
- Weekly office hours with senior engineers
- Quarterly architecture & cost reviews
- Tech interview support & hiring calibration
Project delivery
Fixed-scope engagements with clear deliverables and milestones. Cloud migrations, Kubernetes rollouts, CI/CD transformations, and SRE program bootstrapping.
- Scoped statement of work
- Milestone-based delivery
- Knowledge transfer to your team built-in
Managed DevOps & SRE
24×7 operations for teams that need senior engineering on tap without building a full platform team. Incident response, patching, cost monitoring, on-call.
- 24×7 on-call coverage
- Monthly reliability reports
- Continuous cost & security monitoring

Frequently asked questions.
How quickly can InfraZen start on a DevOps or SRE engagement?
For Strategic Advisory, we usually kick off within one week of the intro call. For Project Delivery, onboarding takes one to two weeks while we scope the statement of work. Managed DevOps engagements start within two weeks, including runbook handover and on-call rotation setup.
Are you an official AWS, Azure, or GCP partner or reseller?
Yes. InfraZen Technologies is a registered reseller across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are vendor-agnostic by design: we recommend the cloud that fits your workload, not the one that pays us the best margin.
Do you offer fixed-price DevOps engagements or only time-and-materials?
Both. Strategic Advisory is a fixed monthly retainer. Project Delivery engagements are fixed-scope with milestone-based billing. Managed DevOps is a fixed monthly fee based on your environment size and on-call coverage. We don't sell open-ended timesheets.
What size of company do you typically work with?
We work with Series A startups through Fortune 500 enterprises. Our sweet spot is teams that are past prototype, running real production traffic, and need senior engineering to unblock scale, reliability, or cost problems without hiring a full platform team.
Can you run 24×7 on-call coverage for our production systems?
Yes. Our Managed DevOps & SRE engagements include 24×7 incident response with a 15-minute initial acknowledgement SLA. Our working day runs from the APAC morning into the US Pacific morning, which gives us natural coverage across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
How do you handle knowledge transfer so we are not dependent on you forever?
Every engagement includes documented runbooks, architecture diagrams, and pairing sessions with your team. We explicitly aim to leave you more capable than we found you. Many of our clients reduce or end engagements once their in-house team can own the work, and we consider that a successful outcome.
What is the free 30-minute architecture review, and is there a catch?
No catch. A senior engineer spends 30 minutes with you reviewing your stack and pain points, then tells you honestly what we would fix first, even if the answer is that you should handle it internally or use a different vendor. No slides, no SDR, no obligation.

Not sure which engagement fits?
Book a 30-minute architecture review. No slides, no sales pitch, just a senior engineer looking at your stack and telling you what's worth fixing first.
