InfraZen Technologies Private Limited ("InfraZen", "we", "us", "our") is a DevOps, SRE, and Cloud consulting firm headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This policy explains how we handle information about visitors to infrazen.io and people who contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to do our job:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, company, service interest, and the message you send us.
• Server logs: standard web access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a single first-party cookie to remember UI preferences (for example, whether you have dismissed a banner).

3. How we use it

We use the information you give us only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or engagement request.
• Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and content delivery.
• Google Fonts — serving typefaces.
• EmailJS — delivering contact-form submissions to our inbox.

These providers process data strictly to deliver their service to us and are subject to their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for as long as is needed to respond and, if we begin an engagement, for the duration of that engagement plus applicable legal/tax retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
